After 8 days, my order hadn't shipped. I contacted them. Was basically told that since I had selected free shipping, they processed other, more important, orders first. Yes, my order arrived on the last estimated arrival date, but I think it was only because I complained. After my initial contact I answered 'no, my problem wasn't resolved' and was contacted again. I told the rep. if my order didnt arrive by the last day of the estimated arrival, I would cancel the order. Lo and behold, I got a shipping notification about an hour later. "
